Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of welaunch.sh (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

welaunch.sh is a launch-planning tool. You provide a product URL, and our AI agents generate a launch plan: suggested posts, copy, directory submissions, and related materials across various channels. The Service helps you plan your launch. It does not post, publish, or submit anything on your behalf. You review everything and choose what, where, and when to publish.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Payment

The Service is offered free of charge with a limited number of plays open, and on a paid Growth subscription at $29 per month, or $232 billed annually, which opens every play and delivers new ones each week. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects a subscription you already hold.

A paid subscription includes a monthly allowance of credits for autonomous jobs. Additional credits may be bought in packs. We do not bill for exceeding an allowance and we do not charge your card without you choosing to buy: if a credit balance reaches zero, the affected jobs wait for the next monthly reset. Included credits reset each month and do not carry over. Purchased credits do not expire.

Launches bought before 7 September 2026

Launch plans bought as a one-time purchase were sold on those terms and remain so. They are not converted to a subscription, nothing further is charged for them, and they stay readable to you for as long as we operate the Service.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Everything the Service has written for you stays readable after cancellation.

Your first paid period carries a 24-hour money-back guarantee. Open a ticket at welaunch.sh/support within 24 hours of that first charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 24 hours, because generation costs are incurred as soon as work runs, paid periods already begun are non-refundable. Credit packs are refundable only where the credits are unused.

Your content and responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the product information you submit and the generated content you receive. You are responsible for reviewing it before use.
• You are solely responsible for what you publish and for complying with the rules, terms, and posting policies of every platform you post to (for example, Reddit, Product Hunt, Hacker News, Quora, directories, and others).
• You may only submit a product URL that you own or are authorized to promote, and you must have the right to the information you provide.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes, including spam.

AI-generated output

Generated content is produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or material that needs editing. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose. Review and edit all output before publishing. We make no guarantees about launch outcomes, traffic, rankings, approvals, or results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse-engineer it, overload or disrupt it, circumvent rate limits or security measures, or use it to generate content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by welaunch.sh and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, welaunch.sh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the launch giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
