About Andromeda
Andromeda tracks data usage, battery health, system vitals and network diagnostics in one Android app, with every number pulled from a documented Android API. No root, no account, no backend, everything stays on your phone. It also bundles a five-tool network kit (speed test, ping, DNS lookup, network inspector, LAN scanner) so you don't need a second app. My focus is: I am a non tech user, who always loved developing apps, but couldnt. I like tinkering around my phone after moving to android after many years on ios and liked android. I wanted to develop an app, that is able to track everything for me across data, battery, storage and gives me tools that I need too, just i created andromeda using some AI. Unlike most of the existing apps, which are like single function app, show ads and subscriptions, andromeda is clean, and only includes a one-time purchase.
What makes it different
The core idea behind Andromeda, is my passion is a business/tech guy, to develop an app, that is a utility focused, clean, modern UI/UX, built on the latest google stack and can show system, data and battery information. Most of the existing apps, either had ads, subscriptions or bad UI. While some were good, they still required multiple apps, while I wanted to make a single one. Refuses to fake or estimate values, shows 'not available' instead of guessing, keeps all data local with no account or server, and is a one-time Pro purchase instead of a subscription.
