Where this probably goes, in my read: the bundled model works best as a wedge into businesses that are mid-transition, moving from no real digital presence to needing one, where the value of coordination outweighs the value of picking a best-in-class specialist for each function. If H-Tech Digital can show a handful of concrete before/after stories, especially in manufacturing where 'we digitized this and secured it in one engagement' is a compelling narrative, that's the version of this pitch that scales past year one. Right now it reads as a sensible answer to vendor sprawl for a specific kind of buyer, not a fit for everyone.
